Gary began consulting for our organization in April 2003 and travels between Georgia and Florida in his business development effort. Gary has more than 18 years of manufactured home industry experience, including 10 years in retail sales and management.
Kevin McKim – North Carolina/South Carolina Field Consultant

Kevin began consulting for our group in mid-2003 and focuses his business development activities in North Carolina and South Carolina. Through his career, Kevin has owned his own sales centers, and has served as Vice President of Operations for a retailer with 28 locations. Combined, Kevin has more than 14 years of direct manufactured industry experience.

Dave began is consulting career in March 2003 and focuses his business development activities in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisina. Dave has worked directly or indirectly in the manufactured home industry for more than 22 years, including 18 years in wholesale operations with Fleetwood Enterprises.
